Release 0.5.0.

Note sure if I can follow the argumentation that this is a bugfix 😅
E.g. it needs new RBAC permissions, which is a breaking change.
WDYT of releasing 0.5.0?

Yes, of course, couldn't see the wood for the trees :) Have bumped it to 0.5.0
